Macron: Seizing Russian Frozen Assets is Impossible
French President Emmanuel Macron has stated that seizing Russian frozen assets is impossible as it would violate international law. He made this assertion during a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump.
“It is impossible to seize Russian frozen assets; it contradicts international law,” said Macron. In his view, the issue of Russian frozen assets should be included in the agenda for peace negotiations regarding Ukraine.
