Mandatory Requirements for Submitting Tax Declarations: State Revenue Committee
Individuals must submit their income declarations for the year 2024 in 2025. This was reiterated by the State Revenue Committee.
“Before submitting the declaration, it is mandatory to first carry out personal identification and obtain an electronic signature. To identify yourself, you must have an identification ID card; if you do not have one, you can apply to any territorial office of the Migration and Citizenship Service by making an appointment in advance.
You can also perform personal identification via mobile phone (mID). For this, you need to visit any service center of your mobile operator or another preferred mobile operator with your identification card and mobile phone, where your mobile card will be replaced with a new ID SIM card, or provided with a new card when changing the operator. It is essential to know that after electronic identification, the electronic signature will automatically be activated.
The other option for personal identification is to use an identification card (eID) that contains an electronic chip, which requires a valid identification card received before February 15, 2023. Together with the card, PIN and PUK codes were provided in a separate envelope. You also need an ID card reader, which can be acquired from the “EKENG” company. In this case, the electronic signature will also be automatically activated.
If you already have functioning or active electronic identification and an electronic signature through any of the mentioned options, no additional action is required.
It is important to know that you can access the State Revenue Committee's unified system of electronic services for individuals either through the web version or via the Self Portal mobile application, available on the Apple App Store for iOS and the Google Play Store for Android,” stated on the State Revenue Committee's Facebook page.
