Hovik Aghazaryan Has No Doubt That Pashinyan Will Resign
Former ally of Prime Minister Pashinyan, MP Hovik Aghazaryan has almost no doubt that the Prime Minister will resign in the coming months and that early elections will take place. This is reported by Azatutyun.
In response to the opposition's claims about the necessity or possibility of early elections, the authorities have constantly countered that such issues are not on their agenda. What are the foundations of the forecasts of the former officials, and how has Aghazaryan drawn his conclusions? “I provide justifications among my friendly circle, I won’t say it like this,” he commented.
Aghazaryan, who was a member of the ruling team until the end of the year and is aware of the government’s inner workings, continues to maintain contacts with some officials. He explains that there are developments related to Armenia's foreign policy that are in the interests of early elections under Pashinyan's government. He states that there is now a greater opportunity for the government to regain power and advance its programs.
Aghazaryan noted that these events exist, and not just the events - there are other reasons that align with the government's interests to proceed with early elections,” the news outlet reported.
