Gagik Khachatryan's legal team has announced that the available legal means to protect his life and health have been exhausted. A petition for his detention has been submitted to the court, as reported by the Investigative Committee to Auroranews.am.

It is noted that operations were carried out at the residences of Gagik Khachatryan and his son, as well as at the offices and branches of around 21 companies related to them, within the framework of a criminal case initiated for large-scale bribery and money laundering.
