He Did It in Artsakh, Now He Is Threatening Armenia: EU MP

The Member of the European Parliament representing Germany, Martin Sonneborn, considers Azerbaijan's communication strategy to be shameless and based on blatant lies. In an interview with an Armenpress correspondent in Brussels, the German MEP commented on the recent aggressive and threatening statements made by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev towards Armenia, stating that Aliyev's goal is to destroy freedom and democracy, but he should not succeed in this endeavor.

“Azerbaijan's communication strategy, as always, is based on open lies and shameless propaganda. As a real fascist, Aliyev's goal is to annihilate freedom and democracy. He did it in Artsakh, and now he threatens Armenia. He must not succeed,” said European Parliament member Martin Sonneborn.
