Armenian Authorities Have Chosen the Path of Self-Destruction, Says State Duma Deputy
Russian State Duma deputy Aleksandr Tolmachov stated in an interview with NEWS.ru that the authorities of Armenia, led by Nikol Pashinyan, have opted for the path of self-destruction. He reminded that in Russia, the discussion of Armenia's accession to the European Union is perceived as the beginning of its exit from the EEU.
The deputy noted that the pivot of post-Soviet republics towards the West is beneficial only to 'foreign colonizers and their Europeans.' "The future of Armenia is concerning, and the problem is not only economic; Europeans do not show mercy towards newcomers. I myself am under threat," he stated.
