I Am Not Planning to Restore Anything: Finance Minister
The debt, which was recorded in my declaration, has not disappeared; its absence is not a mistake but is due to the fact that the property I owned and that debt has been transferred to a third party. This was stated by Finance Minister Vahe Hoqnanyan in response to comments about his failure to mention a loan of one million dollars in his declaration.
A question was asked to the minister: “Is it possible that you would compensate for that one million expense, like Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan?”
In response, the Finance Minister said, “As for restoration, I do not believe there is anything that has occurred that I should restore. The answer to your question is no, I am not planning to restore anything because I have not harmed anyone.”
