US Does Not Support Israel's Actions Against Lebanon, Pentagon Says
American military personnel are not providing support to Israel for strikes targeting Lebanese territory. The US is not supplying intelligence data to the Jewish state for this purpose, Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh stated.
“Regarding Lebanon, US military personnel are not participating in any way in Israeli operations,” she assured.
In response to a reporter's question about whether the US is providing any support to Israel for actions against Lebanon, she answered, “No, no support.”
Singh clarified that this also pertains to the absence of support in the form of intelligence data provided to the Jewish state.
