Abkhazia's President Unilaterally Terminates Agreement with Russia and Appeals to Erdogan
Abkhazia's President Aslan Bzhaniya has unilaterally terminated the agreement with Russia regarding the deployment of naval forces in the territory of the country. This move comes after the Russian side decided to suspend financing for the Republic of Abkhazia.
At the same time, Bzhaniya has reached out to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, officially proposing to sign an agreement on friendship and cooperation.
