“I Am Expecting an Old Armenian, Political Autumn,” Says Prime Minister
“I am expecting an old Armenian, political autumn. As in all previous political autumns, I don’t see the need or opportunity to expect anything,” said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, responding to a question about what kind of autumn he anticipates.
He discussed constitutional amendments, emphasizing that it is fundamental for the Constitution to reflect an agreement among citizens regarding the nature and essence of the state. “And that the Constitution is adopted through free, fair, and transparent voting by the citizens,” he added.
