A Russian Citizen Assaulted in Hotel in Yerevan
According to SHAMSHYAN, an extraordinary incident took place in Yerevan on August 17. Around 10:10 AM, a call was made to the Central Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from the Heratsi Number 1 University Hospital, reporting that a citizen had sought medical assistance due to "facial skull injuries" sustained after being assaulted the previous day.
It was clarified on the scene that the injured individual was 37-year-old Faina Domashnikh, a temporary resident of the same hotel. She reported that on August 16, at around 6:10 PM, an unknown person had struck her without cause at the hotel’s swimming pool, resulting in her injuries.
The police are taking measures to identify and locate the perpetrator. Relevant documents have been prepared at the Central Police Department and have been forwarded to the Yerevan Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the Central and Norq Marash administrative districts.
