Nearly a Month Since Datalex Website Partially Out of Service
Nearly a month will pass since the judicial information system Datalex.am has been partially down. The system has not displayed new cases registered since June 28, nor notes from judges' offices on individual cases. Decisions issued during this period are also missing, despite the legal requirement for judicial acts to be published through the official website of the judicial authority.
The spokesperson for the Supreme Judicial Council, Mary Gevorgyan, informed Hetq that they are refraining from commenting on the outages of Datalex due to ongoing work with various organizations and partners. “When we have more concrete information about the issues and their resolutions, a complete statement will be made regarding the matter,” Gevorgyan stated.
It should be noted that the software for the information platform is managed by Maysis Information Systems LLC. The outages of Datalex are not new and occur periodically. At times, even judges are unable to use the system. No timelines have been provided regarding when the platform will be available again.
