Trump Leaves $500 Tip at Restaurant, Makes Comment on Tax Receipt
Former President Donald Trump left a $500 tip at "Tony and Nick’s Steaks" in South Philadelphia during a campaign event, and wrote on the receipt about "reduced taxes on tips," reports Fox Business.
"The former president made an unexpected stop at 'Tony and Nick’s Steaks' during his campaign. It has been reported that Trump made a big impression not only with his $500 tip but also with what he wrote on the receipt," the report states.
Last week at a rally in Las Vegas, Trump promised voters that upon returning to the White House, his first priority would be to abolish taxes on tips, a key source of income for workers in the entertainment industry.
