What Level of Audacity Must You Have to Call a Clergyman's Garb 'Rag' and Insult Him? Tatoyan to the Deputy Minister of Education
What level of audacity must you have to call a clergyman's garb 'rag' and insult him while being the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport? This was stated by former Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, on his Facebook page.
“The Deputy Minister of Education, who called the clergyman's garb 'rag' and insulted the clergyman, what level of audacity must one have to disrespect the clergyman's garb in such a manner?” he wrote. “This is what happens when hooligans take up state, especially high-ranking positions.”
We recall that earlier it was reported that during a conversation with journalists in Gyumri, Thovmas Urrakir Apostolyan stated that the Deputy Minister of Education referred to the clergyman's garb as 'rag' and insulted him.
