Long Live Armenia, Long Live Iran: The Embassy Expresses Gratitude
The Iranian Embassy in Armenia has expressed gratitude to our country for the sympathy and support shown during a difficult time.
“We sincerely express our thanks and gratitude to the noble people and government of our neighboring and friendly Armenia for conveying their condolences and support to the government and people of Iran in connection with the martyrdom of the late President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and accompanying individuals following the helicopter crash. High-ranking officials, notable figures from both state and non-state spheres, and various groups from the beloved people of Armenia sent numerous messages and visited the Iranian Embassy in Yerevan, signing the memorial book and expressing their condolences. They also laid flowers and lit candles in front of the embassy, marking memorable moments of love and warmth towards the Islamic Republic of Iran, once again demonstrating that the friendship between our two peoples has deep historical roots and that we share each other's sorrow.
We highly appreciate this expression of warmth and sincerity, and we will keep it as social capital for both peoples. Long live Armenia, long live Iran.”
