UN International Court Issues Ruling on Israel
The UN International Court has ordered Israel to cease operations in Rafah. The information was reported by RIA Novosti.
In its ruling related to the genocide case initiated by South Africa, the court determined that Israel must immediately halt its military assault and other actions in Rafah, citing the "immediate risk" to the Palestinian people.
The decisions of the UN court are final and binding, but the court lacks mechanisms to enforce them, hence such decisions have been ignored in the past.
