“The document of the capitulation of Artsakh was signed by a person representing the Artsakh alliance who came to power as a result of a coup,” said Hakob Arshakyan, the deputy speaker of the parliament, while addressing the statements of the opposition regarding the handover of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Arshakyan commented on the border pillars, stating that they are monitored by border guards to protect against the adversary. “Mr. Danielyan says that the pillar is being monitored by us. I want to understand, do they want to leave that pillar? Generally, removing the pillars located on the border of Armenia is a hostile act against the state,” he emphasized.

He urged opposition member Garnik Danielyan not to think that they are being protected by border guards.
