Bagrat Serbazan Meets Prime Minister Candidate Requirements, Says Former Prime Minister
Bagrat Serbazan most closely meets the requirements for a prime ministerial candidate, provided there are no legal hiccups. This was stated by former Armenian Prime Minister Khosrov Harutyunyan during a press briefing before a meeting with political forces regarding Bagrat Serbazan.
According to him, the prime ministerial candidate must be an unconditionally acceptable individual to the overwhelming forces of the public, as this is the only path that will allow for the consolidation of public resources.
“I believe that the constitutional obstacles are surmountable. The future prime ministerial candidate needs to be a consolidating figure; that is the most important thing,” he said. Harutyunyan also mentioned that it is essential and realistic to base the delimitation process on international legal norms.
