Does Russia Have Plans to Capture Kharkiv? Putin Responds
Russia currently has no plans to capture Kharkiv. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“As for Kharkiv, there are currently no such plans,” the president responded.
At the same time, the Russian leader linked the actions of the Russian Armed Forces in the direction of Kharkiv to the creation of a sanitary zone in response to shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“The actions of the Russian Armed Forces in the direction of Kharkiv are the fault of the Ukrainian authorities, a response to the shelling of Russian regions,” Putin announced.
