Leader of the 'Ejmiatsin' Alliance Released, Lawyer Says
The leader of the 'Ejmiatsin' alliance, Sevak Khachatryan, who was detained on suspicion of illegal possession of weapons and ammunition, has been released.
This was reported by his lawyer, Alexander Kochubayev, who noted that no weapons or ammunition were found in Khachatryan's possession.
Earlier, it was reported that six individuals from Ejmiatsin were detained on suspicion of illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.
It is worth mentioning that a protest action was previously announced in connection with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's visit to School No. 7 in Ejmiatsin.
