Response from the CP to the Bishop's Demand for One Hour for Pashinyan to Resign

Forty minutes ago, Bishop Bagrat announced that Nikol Pashinyan was given one hour to submit his resignation. “I am ready to meet and discuss the conditions for Nikol Pashinyan's removal within one hour,” he stated.

ArmLur.am spoke with Vahagn Aleksanyan, a member of the CP faction, to understand their next steps. “I urge Bagrat Galstanyan, the spokesperson for Robert Kocharian, to speak with the legitimately elected government of Armenia as is appropriate. We commend Robert Kocharian for finally realizing that he needs to hide behind someone else's mask,” Aleksanyan responded.

When asked whether he was prepared to meet with the Bishop, Vahagn Aleksanyan stated, “We suggest that Mr. Bishop continue his meetings with Robert Kocharian and his associates.”
