The Poles Are Visible from the Road: "Hraparak"
According to the "Hraparak" newspaper, yesterday, following police special operations, the access road from Kirants to the mined fields was opened, but not the section of the interstate road in Kirants, which has been closed for nearly two weeks. Police have blocked all entrances to the village, stating that special operations are underway; however, there is no doubt in government circles that even after these operations, the police will not make efforts to open the interstate road, as it will be more harmful to the authorities than helpful.
The issue is that the disaster brought by Pashinyan is now visible from the road leading from Kirants to other villages, such as Voskepar, Baghanis, and others – the new border poles, or as he himself calls them, the "historic pillars." The Armenian side has surrendered important positions to Azerbaijan, and, essentially, traveling on that road is dangerous until the final delineation of the border is completed. It would not serve the interests of the authorities if locals witness the new reality and the presence of the enemy in visible areas with their own eyes.
