As of April 25, How Many Boundary Pillars Have Been Installed on the Armenia-Azerbaijan Border
As of April 25, 2024, a total of 20 boundary pillars have been installed along the border between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, based on geodetic measurements and the process of coordinate adjustments. The work of expert groups from both countries is ongoing, according to reports from the Government of Armenia.
According to earlier reports, based on agreements reached during the 8th meeting of the commission on the delimitation of the state border and border security issues between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, the expert groups from the two countries have commenced the process of coordinating adjustments based on geodetic measurements in the area.
