Azerbaijan Seeks to Show That Western Involvement Leads to Aggressions and Tensions: Hayrapetyan
Azerbaijan expert Tatevik Hayrapetyan writes on her Telegram channel: “It is clear that after the meeting in Brussels, Azerbaijan will take every step to escalate border tensions and may resort to aggressive actions. These actions can be presented as a 'service' to Moscow, while simultaneously questioning the West's credibility in the region.
Azerbaijan aims to demonstrate that Western involvement leads to aggressions and tensions. It is for this purpose that it is exacerbating the border situation. This is exactly the moment for the West to demonstrate its clear policy and mechanisms of deterrence in preventing Azerbaijan from possible aggressive actions.”
