Foreign Citizen Hits and Breaks Glass Door of Armenian Government Building with Stone
On March 18, an act of vandalism occurred in Yerevan. Around 14:45, officers from the specialized unit of the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs observed a citizen displaying open disrespect towards the public by hitting and breaking the glass door of the Armenian Government building with a stone in Republic Square.
According to reports from Shamshyan.com, the police arrested him and took him to the Central Police Department on suspicion of vandalism.
Documents relating to the incident have been prepared at the Central Police Department and transferred to the investigative division of the Armenian Investigative Committee for the Central and Norq Marash administrative regions, where criminal proceedings have been initiated.
According to information from the website, the individual in question is a 25-year-old citizen of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, identified as D. Nazaryan.
