What Will Be Discussed During NATO Secretary General's Visit to Armenia
During his visit to the South Caucasus, issues related to both regional security and the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan will be addressed. This was announced by Javier Colomina, NATO's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, on his microblog.
“It’s pleasant to return to the Caucasus this time accompanying NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on a historic visit to Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Issues concerning bilateral cooperation, support for Ukraine, and regional security will be discussed, including the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” he wrote.
It is noteworthy that on March 17, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg began an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is currently in Georgia, from where he will proceed to Armenia.
