The National Assembly Committee Has Given a Positive Conclusion on the Ratification of the EU Mission's Status in Armenia
The Parliamentary Committee on European Integration of Armenia has today, March 12, given a positive conclusion on the draft law regarding the ratification of the EU Mission’s status in Armenia.
"The Armenian side places great importance on this and all other initiatives aimed at deepening cooperation in the field of security with the European Union," stated Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan.
According to him, the uninterrupted operation of the civilian mission is crucial not only for ensuring stability along Armenia's eastern borders but also for accelerating the processes of Armenia-EU rapprochement.
