“Our relationship with the sig fish is about being a state or not. Our relationship with Lake Sevan is about being a state or not,” said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

“We need to learn to create a state, to have a state, to strengthen the state, but for that, we must understand what a state is. A state is order. Interacting with Lake Sevan is about being a state or not, and our relationship with the sig fish is about being a state or not. Until the end of December, we have never had an experience of interacting with the sig fish as a state and as citizens,” he noted.
