Real Estate Prices Will Become More Transparent: Head of Cadastre Committee
A unified registry of real estate is set to be established in Armenia. This was announced by the head of the Cadastre Committee of Armenia, Suren Tovmasyan, during a press conference.
"This will allow for a more realistic picture of the real estate market in the future. In addition, prices will become more visible," Tovmasyan stated.
According to him, this initiative will also increase citizens' awareness. The head of the Cadastre Committee mentioned that people will have the opportunity to access higher quality services for obtaining information regarding real estate prices.
