Words Are Not Enough: Deputy Foreign Minister on Azerbaijan's Statements
Azerbaijan may declare its interest in finalizing a peace treaty with Armenia, but unfortunately, words are not enough; we need to focus on actions. This was stated by Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan in an interview with the BBC.
“The fact is that Azerbaijan is showing reluctance to finalize the peace treaty based on principles defended by the international community,” the deputy minister emphasized.
