"Biden's Administration Must Change Its Stance to Mediate" - Hajiyev
"The leaders of U.S. President Joe Biden's administration must adopt a different stance before the White House can play a mediating role in the complex and strategically significant peace negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia," stated Hikmet Hajiyev, an advisor to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
Hajiyev warned that the U.S. government's "one-sided stance" regarding the decades-long Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has raised concerns in Baku. "We really expect a slightly different attitude from the United States government," Hajiyev said in an interview with Newsweek.
