Traffic Jam on Shinuhiar-Harjis Road Involves Around 50 Trucks and 30 Passenger Vehicles

On December 18 at 17:36, information was received by the Crisis Management Center of the Syunik Regional Rescue Service regarding vehicles stuck on the Shinuhiar-Harjis road.

Two fire and rescue teams from the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. It was determined that due to black ice on the road, approximately 50 trucks and 30 passenger vehicles were caught in a jam.

From 18:20 to 01:05, rescuers towed 22 trucks and provided assistance to 30 passenger vehicles, while 28 trucks were able to continue their journey independently.
