Gagik Voskanian's Trial in Baku: Prosecutor Reads Indictment
The trial of Gagik Ashoti Voskanian, who was captured by Azerbaijan from the positions near Jermuk four months ago, has begun in Baku. According to Azerbaijani media reports, the prosecutor has read the indictment.
It is noteworthy that Voskanian is accused of attempting to "violate the state border of Azerbaijan and conduct terrorist and diversionary activities" on August 16.
Recall that in August of this year, the Azerbaijani prosecutor's office announced the initiation of a criminal case against Armenian reserve officer Gagik Voskanian and his subsequent arrest.
