NATO Secretary General Calls for Preparation for ‘Bad News’ Regarding Ukraine
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has called for preparations for ‘bad news’ regarding Ukraine, citing the critical situation in the country. In an interview with the German television channel Das Erste, he stated, “Conflicts develop in phases. But we must support Kyiv in both bad and good times.”
The alliance leader also admitted that NATO members have been unable to meet the growing demand for ammunition. When asked how the Ukrainian armed forces should act in such a situation, Stoltenberg referred the decision-making on these complex operational matters to the Ukrainians and their military leadership.
