Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan wrote on his X page: "How much disgust I feel when I hear statements like 'we denounce', 'we are deeply concerned', 'we call on', 'we urge', and similar meaningless declarations. These expressions obscure the inaction of the international community regarding the suffering of real people."
