Bayramov Discusses Peace Process with Armenia with UK Foreign Minister
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, has had a phone conversation with James Cleverly, the Minister of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom. Azerbaijani media outlets report this.
“The prospects of cooperation between the two countries were discussed, as well as the current situation in the South Caucasus, the state of relations, and the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia,” the statement from the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry notes.
Bayramov expressed dissatisfaction with international “anti-Azerbaijani actions that undermine historical opportunities for peace and do not contribute to efforts aimed at it.”
