Russian Defense Ministry Issues Statement
The Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to carry out tasks in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh. Continuous cooperation with Baku remains in place, aimed at preventing bloodshed, ensuring security, and upholding humanitarian law for the civilian population. No violations of the ceasefire regime have been recorded in the area of responsibility of the Russian peacekeepers.
Additionally, another temporary observation post has been closed in the Askeran region. In total, the Russian peacekeepers have already closed 24 observation posts in the Askeran, Shushi, Martuni, and Martakert regions of Nagorno-Karabakh.
