Every Day Lost Since the Signing of the Peace Treaty Brings Armenia Closer to Greater Losses: Usubov
Every day lost since the signing of the peace treaty brings Armenia closer to greater losses. This was stated by Ramil Usubov, the Secretary of the Security Council of Azerbaijan.
"The completion of the delimitation and demarcation process, and the signing of the peace treaty are more necessary for Armenia. Azerbaijan has fully ensured its territorial integrity; our borders are under complete control, and the strategic positions that pose a threat to our country from the other side are under our control," Usubov's article states.
He also mentioned that the opening of the so-called 'Zangezur Corridor' will serve as an additional impetus for the development of the entire region and will bring significant economic benefits to Armenia. According to him, calls from the Armenian society to open a new page in the country's history give hope that Armenia will nevertheless strive for the prompt signing of a peace treaty with Azerbaijan.
