Information that Baku has arrested Vitaly Balasanyan is not true, Metakse Hakobyan
The information circulating on Azerbaijani Telegram channels regarding the alleged arrest of former Secretary of the Security Council Vitaly Balasanyan is false. This was refuted by Metakse Hakobyan, a member of the Justice faction of the Artsakh National Assembly, in a conversation with 24News.
It should be noted that today, former Prime Minister of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan was arrested by Azerbaijanis.
