Bloody Chair in Front of Government Building
Expert on Azerbaijan Garnik Davtyan conducted a social-awareness action titled "Blood for Chair Protection" in front of the main building of the Armenian government. He brought a chair and poured red paint on it to symbolize blood, referring to the current authorities as deadly.
In footage published online, numerous police officers can be seen detaining Davtyan.
