Trial of Vagif Khachatryan Set to Begin Soon
Vagif Khachatryan, an Artsakh resident who was abducted near an illegal checkpoint established by Azerbaijan in the Lachin corridor, will soon appear before a court in Azerbaijan. This was announced by the Azerbaijani Military Prosecutor's Office.
It is important to note that Khachatryan, 68, was seized by representatives of the Azerbaijani border service while being transferred from Artsakh to Armenia for medical treatment under the escort of the International Committee of the Red Cross and was taken in an unknown direction.
