Artsakh President to Speak at Parliamentary Investigation Committee Meeting
The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports that the Parliamentary Investigation Committee will hold a meeting in September, during which Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan will speak. Notably, the meeting with his participation will be conducted via remote connection, as Harutyunyan is currently in Artsakh under blockade.
It is worth mentioning that former Defense Army commander Jalal Harutyunyan has also promised to attend the investigation committee, but he has not provided a specific date and time. The issue is that Harutyunyan's absence and discontent with the political authorities are related to a criminal case initiated against him, for which the preliminary investigation body has not yet made a final decision. They are still trying to assess whether the former commander of the Defense Army failed in his duties or not.
