According to the newspaper's information, the most expensive star whom they will spend $9 million on is Jennifer Lopez.

'People immediately discovered through searches that Snoop Dogg is not worth that much, his market price is several hundred thousand dollars. So what is the Armenian government spending $6.2 million of taxpayers' money on?' the paper writes.

The newspaper managed to clarify that Snoop Dogg's actual fee will be $1.8 million. It is noted that an additional $250,000 will be his extra requirements. 'So what will the remaining $3 million and 950 thousand be spent on?' the newspaper emphasizes.
