VIDEO: Scene of Tragic Accident Claiming 11 Lives
On August 14, at 00:27, the crisis management center of the Shirak regional rescue service received a call about an accident on the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, near the village of Lanjik. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.
A passenger van of the brand ‘Volkswagen’ collided with a truck of the brand ‘ZIL’ driven by 33-year-old H.P. Eleven people lost their lives in the accident.
The oldest among the deceased was 56 years old, while the youngest was 18.
