This day commemorates all our martyrs. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during the opening ceremony of the 8th Pan-Armenian Summer Games in Gyumri.
"This day is a new symbol for our future, because we are entering a historic phase, where our will to have a state must remain unshakable, and our mindset of turning our homeland into a state and perceiving the state as our homeland must be reaffirmed," he stated.
It is noteworthy that the opening ceremony of the 8th Pan-Armenian Summer Games took place at the City Stadium of Gyumri. More details can be found in the video.
