Photo: 94.7% of the Armenian population unequivocally opposes granting the Nagorno-Karabakh population minority status under Azerbaijan
Aram NavaSardyan, director of MPJ LLC, presented the results of new surveys regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh issue during a press conference today, August 4. A total of 1,100 citizens participated in the surveys, which were conducted from July 27 to 31.
In response to the question of whether it is acceptable for the population of Nagorno-Karabakh to be granted minority status under Azerbaijan, the respondents replied as follows: “In general, 94.7% of the population of the Republic of Armenia indicates that it is unequivocally unacceptable for the population of Nagorno-Karabakh to be granted minority status under Azerbaijan,” stated NavaSardyan.
It is noteworthy that the survey was conducted by the Armenian full member of GALLUP International Association, MPJ LLC.
