President of the NGO ‘Legal Awareness Society’ Armen Baghdasaryan shared a photo on his page with the caption:

“After standing in line for bread for about an hour, I noticed a commotion in front of the bakery entrance, everyone was trying to save someone. In the thick of the crowd, I noticed this child, who had fainted, and this is already the umpteenth incident in Stepanakert’s queues.

The residents of the building, within mere seconds, approached with a cup of sweet tea, bread and cheese, and another holding some candies from home, to offer to the child.

This is today’s Artsakh, while the ‘civilized’ world is in a deep slumber.”
