VIDEO: "People continue to ask each other for help through social networks," says Artsakh Ombudsman
The humanitarian crisis in Artsakh is escalating by the hour. This was stated by the Ombudsman of Artsakh, Gegham Stepanyan, on his Facebook page, where he also shared a video.
"Due to the lack or complete absence of essential foodstuffs, people continue to ask each other for help through social networks to find at least something. All areas of people's lives are affected, and Azerbaijan is obstructing the organization of normal life," he wrote.
