Photos: Condition of Man Injured in Gas Station Explosion is Assessed as Stable
A 29-year-old man with thermal burns was transported to the hospital by ambulance following an explosion at one of the gas stations in the Spitak community. This information was reported by the medical center.
“The victim was examined by a surgeon, and second-degree thermal burns were diagnosed on the face, neck, upper limbs, and torso. First aid was provided, and treatment included the application of panthenol spray and furacilin dressings for the burn areas, pain relief, and infusion therapy. Instrumental laboratory examinations were also conducted. His condition has been assessed as stable. A consultation with a burn specialist was held, after which a decision was made to transfer the patient to the National Burn Center for further treatment,” reads the statement.
