Hikmet Hajiyev is Lying: No Agreement on Humanitarian Assistance Through Aghdam, Says Edmon Marukyan
There has been no agreement on transporting humanitarian assistance through Aghdam at the level of country leaders in Brussels; Hajiyev has disseminated information that does not correspond to reality, said special envoy Edmon Marukyan in an interview with Public Television.
"This is an Azerbaijani narrative. Responses will be provided on all platforms. That lie will be exposed. If nothing else, everything is stated in Michel's announcement," emphasized the envoy.
